Process

Once a Master, Owner or Manager has made contact and arranged for work to be carried out, the arrangements will be logged onto the system and access to all relevant parties cleared, so that they may also have remote visibility.

The Agent will carry out the work insitu, carefully logging all required data including photographic evidence backed by a GPS log stating the exact location of the vessel during the application, (if in case of a claim this can be verified against the vessels log and port authority log) once all data has been uploaded to the mobile system and the work satisfactorily completed a digital signature is sought to complete this element of the process and evidence trail.

If the vessel has suitable technology on board a cover note can be issued immediately if not it can be both sent and logged by e-mail or downloaded from the web securely (all documents are kept in our Living Resource to view or print as required 365/24/7)

The final report and certification will be issued upon final payment and this too will be available at all times in the Living Resource. For vessels which have been refitted (or are of new build and have suitable swatches of material available).

As a next stage of development we are hoping to extend this Living Resource to encompass many other certifiable and key critical documents associated with the day to day running of a Superyacht.

Our vision is to be the leading maritime safety organisation, committed to helping prevent the loss of life at sea.

Our extensive data storage and intricate secure hosting platform allows for random accessibility of any fact, figure and certificate of compliance on any vessel, at any time of day or night, in whatever your preferred language* and through any media.
*By prior arrangement.
