Security of data and systems is of paramount importance to Flame Screen Ltd. With our background and knowledge of technology we will always use the latest proven technologies to secure our clients data.
This includes sophisticated login procedures allowing access to documents only allowed by that individual’s security login, for example some may view only whilst others may view and download.
We mirror our databases and implement automatic failover to provide maximum uptime, and data security and integrity.
Traceability.
By using the latest technology and logging methodology, all interactions either via e-mail, web interaction or from our company specific mobile devices are logged and traceable, so every action is defined and, by breadcrumb trail, can be evidenced should it be required.
Accessibility.
If an Owner or Master wants to check on a document from their office, hotel, mobile device, internet café or indeed whilst onboard, this will be possible via an internet connection and the required security clearance. We are currently working on a multi-OS, user friendly platform, which will be even more accessible from anywhere in the world.
